Before establishing OCIYN, Jill served as an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan&#;s Domestic Violence Unit. She is also a longtime volunteer with the Innocence Project, advocating for incarcerated individuals seeking justice. Jill earned her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D. from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. She is the Board Chair of the Aspen Community Foundation and serves on the boards of JFCS of Greater Philadelphia and the Women’s Committee of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
